Ability to design, develop and implement extremely high-quality code in a timely manner is essential. The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of OOP, design patterns, and development approaches including, Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration.
A minimum of 2 years experience in Flex and AS3 is required especially a solid understanding of the Flex framework (FB2/FB3). A demonstration of OOP best practices will be an essential part of the interview.
Developing complex, enterprise level, web-applications with Adobe Flex relying on custom UI provided by Flash.
Must have minimum 1 year experience developing complex, enterprise-level, web-applications with Adobe Flex relying on custom UI provided.
Must be able to take a project spec, and translate business requirements to a successful application architecture.
Must be familiar with Subversion source control and have had exposure to team based XP development.
Please be prepared to supply code samples.
